10-2-8: RETAINING WALLS:
   A.   Building permits are required for all retaining walls over four feet (4') in height, measured from the bottom of the footing.
   B.   All retaining walls over four feet (4') in height, measured from the bottom of the footing, shall be designed by a professional engineer licensed by the State of Washington. (Ord. 847, 8-17-2009)
