Building permits are required for the construction of sheds and other accessory buildings equal to or greater than one hundred twenty (120) square feet in total floor area. Accessory buildings or sheds equal to or greater than one hundred twenty (120) square feet total floor area are not to be constructed prior to commencement of construction of the main building. One accessory building or shed equal to or less than one hundred twenty (120) square feet total floor area may be constructed prior to commencement of construction of the main building.
