9-5-18: RETROFITTING:
Retrofitting shall be required at all service connections where an actual or potential cross connection exists, and wherever else the city deems retrofitting necessary to comply with the WAC, this chapter, and the most current edition of the city's guidance manual. (Ord. 819, 2-21-2007)
