Backflow prevention assemblies shall be installed in accordance with the requirements set out in the Washington administrative code and the most recent edition of the PNWS-AWWA "Cross Connection Control Manual".
In the event the administrator allows a premises isolation assembly to be installed at an alternate location, there shall be no inter-ties or connections between the meter and the premises isolation assembly unless backflow protection is provided commensurate with the specialists assessed degree of hazard.
