9-5-15: MAINTENANCE OF ASSEMBLIES:
Backflow prevention assemblies shall be maintained in accordance with the requirements set out in the Washington administrative code, or as amended, and the most recent edition of the city's guidance manual. The assembly owner is responsible for protecting their assembly from freezing and vandalism. (Ord. 819, 2-21-2007)
