9-5-14: BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY TESTER RESPONSIBILITIES:

All backflow assembly testers operating within the city shall be certified in accordance with all applicable regulations and shall comply with all stipulations in this chapter and the most recent edition of the city's guidance manual. (Ord. 819, 2-21-2007)
