Any customer that has a wholesale contract for water services with the city must have an active, ongoing cross connection control program. The cross connection program must be in compliance with Washington administrative code requirements pertaining to public water systems. Wholesale customers shall provide annually to the city a copy of their cross connection control summary report which was submitted to the DOH. The city reserves the right at all times to require a reduced pressure principle assembly at the interconnect. (Ord. 819, 2-21-2007)
