9-5-8: TEMPORARY METERS AND HYDRANT VALVES:
Backflow protection will be required on all temporary meters and hydrant valves before any use. The type of assembly will be commensurate with the degree of hazard and will be determined on a case by case basis by the city's specialist. (Ord. 819, 2-21-2007)
