A. Existing Accounts: To reconnect an existing account, all of the following must be met:
1. The past due amount must be paid in full.
2. The discontinued assessment must be paid in full.
3. The removal costs and reinstall costs must be paid in full.
4. The customer must have all services reconnected. Sewer reconnection shall be done by the customer or a private contractor.
5. The account must be single-family residential.
B. Expired Accounts: To reconnect an expired account, all of the following must be met:
1. The new hookup fee shall be paid in full.
2. The reinstall costs shall be paid in full.
3. The customer must have all services reconnected. Sewer reconnection shall be done by the customer or a private contractor. (Ord. 741, 1-18-2000)
