A. Exclusion From Field: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished as follows:
1. For a first offense, the person shall be excluded from the field for three (3) days.
2. For a second offense, the person shall be excluded from the field for seven (7) days.
3. For a third or subsequent offense, the person shall be excluded from the field for thirty (30) days.
B. Procedure:
1. Notice: Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be notified in writing of the violation and the penalty therefor by a police officer.
2. Detain Violator: An officer having probable cause to believe a violation of this chapter has occurred may detain a person long enough to write and deliver the notification required herein. (Ord. 775, 9-15-2003)
3. Right To Hearing: Any person notified of a violation may appeal the penalty to the city administrator and shall be entitled to a hearing before said administrator within twenty four (24) hours. (Ord. 775, 9-15-2003; amd. 2007 Code)
C. Criminal Action: Any person failing to abide by an order of exclusion may be prosecuted for criminal trespass. (Ord. 775, 9-15-2003)
