A. It is unlawful for any person to engage in fighting in Culbertson field.
B. It is unlawful for any person to threaten or harass any person in Culbertson field.
C. It is unlawful for any person to use foul, obscene, offensive, or fighting words within Culbertson park.
D. It is unlawful for any person to smoke within one hundred feet (100') of the skateboard park.
E. It is unlawful for any person to possess any knife or dangerous weapon within Culbertson park. This subsection does not apply to city employees or law enforcement officers.
F. It is unlawful to be in Culbertson park after dusk. (Ord. 775, 9-15-2003; amd. Ord. 776, 11-3-2003)
