8-3-2: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a civil infraction and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1988 Code § 12.16.020; amd. 2007 Code)
