Users of subsurface street space shall maintain accurate drawings, plans, and profiles showing the location and character of all underground structures including abandoned installations. Corrected maps shall be filed with the city administrator or his designee within sixty (60) days after new installations, changes or replacements are made. Such surety bond as required in section 8-2-4 of this chapter shall be maintained until as built drawings are submitted to the city. (Ord. 751, 12-18-2000)
