The permittee shall not disturb any surface monuments or hubs found on the line of excavation work until ordered to do so by the city administrator or his designee. All street monuments, property corners, bench marks and other monuments disturbed during the progress of the work shall be replaced by the city administrator or his designee and the cost of the same shall be paid by the permittee.
