A. Prohibited On Pacific Avenue: It is unlawful for any person, association or corporation to use Pacific Avenue in the City for the purpose of washing cars, buses or any other vehicle. (1988 Code § 10.20.010)
B. Violation; Penalty: In the event any person, corporation or association shall be convicted of a violation of this section, such person, corporation or association shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
