A. Designated: The datum, base of grade or bench mark, in and for the City, is fixed, determined and established as follows: An inch and one-fourth (11/4) galvanized pipe, protected by concrete, with a suitable, and engraved cap, situated on the southwest corner of Lot 1 of block 85, in Tinkers Second South addition to the City, according to the recorded plat thereof, on file in the office of the auditor of Pacific County, Washington.
