7-4-4: PENALTIES:
Violation of any section of this chapter by any person shall be punishable by a fine of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per violation. The parent or legal guardian of a minor who knowingly allows the minor to operate an ORV/WATV in violation of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per violation.
