7-3-6: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by the imposition of a monetary penalty of not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). (Ord. 796, 3-2-2005)
