7-1-4: SEAT BELT USE REGULATIONS:
The Washington state seat belt law, Revised Code Of Washington 46.61.687, "Child Passenger Restraint Required", and 46.61.688, "Safety Belts, Use Required", are adopted by reference as and for the seat belt ordinance of the city as if set forth in full in this section. (1988 Code § 10.24.010)
