A. Weight Limit On Tenth Street: A weight limit of ten thousand (10,000) pounds is imposed on all vehicles using Tenth Street South. (1988 Code § 10.08.010)
B. Exceptions: The weight limit of ten thousand (10,000) pounds shall not be imposed on the following: municipal, county or state licensed vehicles which are doing maintenance work on the street; and refuse disposal trucks which are removing refuse containers situated on the street. C. Violation; Penalty: Any person in violation of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1988 Code § 10.08.030; amd. 2007 Code)
