6-5-9: SITTING, KNEELING, STANDING ON PUBLIC STRUCTURES:
   A.   Prohibition: No person shall sit, kneel, stand, lay or be upon, in any manner, the city structures listed and identified as follows:
      1.   Cement Planters, Streetlight Foundations: The description is as follows: approximately one-half (1/2) circle of cement, approximately four feet (4') high, containing a streetlight, water fountain, and/or planters.
      2.   Wood Carvings:
         a.   Description: Octopus, mermaid, seahorse, Lewis and Clark statue, clam, sea lion, seals, dolphins.
         b.   Locations: Pacific Highway at Third Street South - southwest corner; Third Street South - southeast corner; Fifth Street South - southwest corner; Fifth Street South - southeast corner; Fifth Street South - northwest corner. (Ord. 679, 6-19-1995)
   B.   Penalty: Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 679, 6-19-1995; amd. 2007 Code)
