6-5-4: CLASSES OF CRIMES:

Any offense defined by this criminal code for which a sentence of imprisonment is authorized constitutes a violation of city ordinance and is a crime. Crimes are classified as gross misdemeanors or misdemeanors as provided in this code or in each statute adopted by reference. (Ord. 917, 8-3-2015)
