1-8-1: POSITION ESTABLISHED; APPOINTMENT:
As authorized by Revised Code Of Washington 35A.63.170, the position of hearing examiner is hereby established for the city. The hearing examiner will be selected by the mayor and the contract ratified by the city council. The mayor may select multiple hearing examiners to serve concurrently. (Ord. 793, 2-16-2005)
