6-2-6: TERMINATION OR RESIGNATION:
   A.   Termination: The membership of any person in the reserve police force may be terminated with or without cause at any time by the chief of police or the mayor. (1988 Code § 2.24.040; amd. 2007 Code)
   B.   Resignation: Any member may resign by giving written notice to the chief of police.
   C.   Return Of Equipment To City: Upon termination of membership, all equipment of the member shall be returned to the chief of police within five (5) days. (1988 Code § 2.24.040)
