The City hereby adopts and incorporates into this Code all of the provisions of Revised Code of Washington chapter 41.12 as now constituted or as in the future amended except, the residency requirements for new commissions are that they have resided in the City of Long Beach for at least one year immediately prior to their appointment and that they be an elector of Pacific County.
