5-7-1: CLEAN INDOOR AIR ACT ADOPTED:
The Washington state clean indoor air act, Revised Code of Washington chapter 70.160, is hereby adopted by reference as the law governing and regulating cigarette smoking in bars, taverns, bowling alleys, tobacco shops, or restaurants within the city. (2007 Code)
