A. Exemptions. RCW 42.56.070(2) requires the city to set forth "for informational purposes" every law, in addition to the Act, that exempts or prohibits the production of public records. Requestors should be aware of the following exemptions, outside the Act, that may restrict the availability of some records held by the City for inspection and copying/scanning:
