4-3-7: REDEMPTION OF PAWNED GOODS:
No property bought or received in pledge by any pawnbroker shall be removed from his place of business, except when redeemed by the owner thereof, within four (4) days after receipt thereof shall have been reported to the chief of police as provided in this chapter. (1988 Code § 5.16.080)
