A charge of $75 per call will be made for nonemergency customer service calls, made after normal working hours, weekends, or holidays, at the customer’s request, which shall include disconnects and reconnects outside of regular business hours. This charge will also be made for after-hour restoration of service after a termination of service for nonpayment.
