After adoption of this section, and except as otherwise noted, there shall be imposed on each customer connected to, using, and/or benefitting from its system as follows:
(A) General service metered rates for one month consumption periods: metered rate per 1,000 gallons of water usage: $3.50, plus;
(B) Base charge per connection per month: $29.73, plus;
(C) Local charge per connection per month: $22.48; plus
(D) Fire protection charge per connection per month (applicable to both improved as well as vacant/unimproved parcels):
(1) Through April 30, 2026: $2.60; and
(2) Beginning May 1, 2026: $2.20.
