(A) The document attached to Ordinance No. 2022-06 entitled “Town of Long Beach Employee Handbook,” as it may be amended from time to time, is adopted by reference as Appendix A of this code and is a part of this code as if set forth in full herein.
(B) This Appendix A supersedes all previously adopted versions and contains the expression of the Town of Long Beach regarding its personnel policies.
(C) All sections of the Town Code and any previous employee handbooks in conflict with the Employee Handbook are now repealed and replaced by the attached Appendix A.
(D) Each employee of the town is directed to read the Employee Handbook and acknowledge in writing the employee's receipt and review of the document.
