§ 33.092 APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS.
   (A)   Two members of the Police Commission shall be appointed by the President of the Town Council from the then current members of the Town Council and the third member shall be a resident citizen appointed by the members of the Long Beach Police Department. The Chief Marshal shall serve as a non-voting advisory member of the Police Commission.
   (B)   Each Police Commission member shall initially be appointed to partial terms that expire at the end of the current Town Council members’ terms. Thereafter, all Police Commission members shall be appointed to four year terms that are concomitant with that of the Town Council members’ terms. There shall be no limitation on Commission members serving successive terms.
