Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no fine is specified is subject to a fine in a sum of $500 for a first violation, $1,000 for a second violation, and not less than $2,500 and up to $7,500 for a third and each subsequent violation. Fines shall accrue daily and each day a violation continues shall be construed as a separate offense. Nothing herein shall be construed to limit any other remedies at law or equity.
