§ 154.081 SYSTEMS PERMITTED AND APPLICABILITY OF OTHER TOWN ORDINANCES.
   All buildings shall be allowed to incorporate solar energy systems in their design, provided they are in compliance with the applicable requirements set forth in this chapter and all building and zoning ordinances of the town, including all lot and setback requirements. A building permit shall be required for all such systems.
