§ 1 51.001 AUTHORITY.

   Under the direction of the Building Commission of the Town of Long Beach, the Building Commissioner, Inspectors and Town Engineer or other designee shall:

   (A)   With the support of the Long Beach Town Marshal, enforce the ordinances of Title XV of the Long Beach Town Code;

   (B)   Administer the functions necessary to ensure the efficient execution of Chapter 151 of the Long Beach Code;

   (C)   Keep records of the Building Commission; and

   (D)   Maintain the ethical standards of the Indiana Residential Code.
