§ 150.005 AUTHORITY.
   The Building Commission is hereby authorized and directed to administer and enforce the following:
   (A)   All the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   Variances granted in accordance with IC 22-13-2-11.
   (C)   Orders issued under IC 22-12-7.
