§ 94.07 ERECTING POLES, POSTS, OR FENCES ON PUBLIC PLACE WITHOUT PERMIT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, to place, erect, or construct any poles, posts, fences, or abutments along or upon the highway or public place within the limits of the town, without first obtaining a permit authorizing the same from the Town Council.
