Any person who violates Chapter 92 where no other penalty is specifically provided shall be fined $100 for each offense if paid within 30 days following the issuance of a citation. Failure to pay the violation or fine within 30 days will be subject to § 10.99, General Penalty. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
