§ 90.23 ANIMAL EXCRETA.
   (A)   The owner of every domestic animal shall be responsible for the immediate removal of any excreta deposited by his or her animal on public property or on private property of another, excepting a blind person working with a guide dog.
   (B)   The owner or agent walking their domestic animal outside of their real property limits must have in their possession a shovel, plastic bag or similar device to pick up the animal’s excrement if deposited while on the walk.
