§ 90.17 DOG WARDEN.
   A dog warden may be employed by the town, and s/he shall have such special police powers as may be necessary for the enforcement of the provisions of this subchapter. Compensation of the dog warden shall be paid by the Town Council, commensurate with the amount of time and effort necessary to be expended by the dog warden.
