§ 72.07 NON-RESIDENT PARKING.
   It shall be unlawful for non-residents to park any vehicle on any of the public ways of the municipality, unless they are a permitted guest of a property owner or resident immediately adjacent to where they are parked provided they are not parked in the roadway.
