4-3-12: DRINKING IN PUBLIC:
It is unlawful for any person to drink any wine or beer while such person is upon any public street, alley, or other public highway, or in any public building or other public place within the City. This section shall not prohibit a person who is of age from drinking wine or beer in a place licensed to sell wine or beer for consumption on the premises. (Ord. 2018-273, 9-17-2018, eff. 9-17-2018)
