4-3-8: DAYS AND HOURS OF SALES:

A. Sales For On Premises Consumption: It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to sell wine or beer for on premises consumption between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. Sunday and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. on the following Monday; and on any other days of the week between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M.

B. Sales For Off Premises Consumption: It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to sell wine or beer for off premises consumption between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. of the same day. (Ord. 2018-273, 9-17-2018, eff. 9-17-2018)
