4-3-5: APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE LETTER; LICENSE; ISSUANCE:
   A.   A person desiring to engage in any of the businesses mentioned in this chapter or apply for a renewal of a license within the City shall make application as required by title 37A of the Oklahoma Statutes, except for a special event, and shall be required to furnish the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission a Certificate of Compliance Letter with Zoning, Fire and Health Codes.
      1.   Application And Fee: Application for such certificate shall be in writing on a form provided by the Lone Grove City Clerk. At the time that the Certificate of Compliance Letter is provided each applicant shall pay the required fee as established within this chapter.
      2.   Compliance: In order to apply and receive a Certificate of Compliance Letter a local business must verify that they comply with all the Municipality Zoning, Fire Codes and the State of Oklahoma Health Codes.
      3.   Inspection Form: The City will provide a certificate of compliance inspection form to all local businesses wishing to apply for a certificate of compliance letter.
      4.   Signatures: The above certificate of compliance letter shall be signed by the City Clerk; Code Enforcement Officer or their designee.
   B.   Once a local business has been issued a State of Oklahoma license from the ABLE Commission they will return to the City of Lone Grove for the issuance of a City license and pay to the City Clerk the required license fee. If the applicant holds a valid State license to engage in the business within the City issued by the Director of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission, if the application is in accordance with this chapter, and if the applicant has paid the required City license fee, then the City Clerk shall issue the license applied for.
   C.   The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to issue the appropriate license to any qualified applicant or business outlined in this chapter. (Ord. 2018-273, 9-17-2018, eff. 9-17-2018)
