4-2-9: PROHIBITED ACTS AND CONDITIONS 1 :
It is unlawful for any person:
   A.   Knowingly to sell, deliver, or furnish alcoholic beverages to any person under twenty one (21) years of age;
   B.   Who is under the age of twenty one (21) to misrepresent his age in writing or by presenting documentation of age for the purpose of inducing any person to sell him alcoholic beverages;
   C.   To employ any person under the age of twenty one (21) years in the selling or handling of alcoholic beverages;
   D.   Who is a licensee or an agent or employee thereof to permit any person under twenty one (21) years of age to enter into, remain within, or loiter about a licensed premises;
   E.   Knowingly to sell, deliver, or furnish alcoholic beverages to an intoxicated person or to any person who has been adjudged mentally challenged;
   F.   To open a retail container or consume alcoholic beverages on the premises of a retail package store, or for any operator of a retail package store, or any person in charge thereof, to permit any person to open a retail container therein or consume alcoholic beverages therein;
   G.   To transport in any moving vehicle, upon any public highway, street, alley or roadway within the corporate limits of the City, or in or upon any property owned by the City outside of its corporate limits, any alcoholic beverages, except in the original container which shall not have been opened and from which the original cap or seal shall not have been removed, unless the opened container is in the rear trunk or rear compartment, which shall include the spare tire compartment in a station wagon or panel truck, or any outside compartment which is not accessible to the driver or any other person in the vehicle while it is in motion;
   H.   Import into this State, except as provided from in the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, any alcoholic beverages; provided, that nothing herein shall prohibit the importation or possession for personal use of not more than one liter (1 L) of alcoholic beverages upon which the Oklahoma Excise Tax is delinquent;
   I.   Receive, possess, or use any alcoholic beverage in violation of the provisions of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act;
   J.   To consume spirits or intoxicating liquor in public or to be intoxicated in a public place;
   K.   Who is the operator of a cafe, restaurant, club, or any place of recreation, to permit any person to be drunk or intoxicated in such place of business;
   L.   For any person to loiter in any place where alcohol of any kind is bartered, sold, given away or otherwise furnished contrary to law;
   M.   No owner, operator, partner, manager or person having supervisory control of any establishment licensed to sell or serve intoxicating beverages shall permit any of the following on or about any commercial premises where intoxicating beverages are dispensed or consumed:
      1.   The performance by any person of acts, or simulated acts of sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation or any sexual act which are otherwise prohibited by law;
      2.   The actual intentional touching or caressing or fondling by any person of the breast, anus or genitals;
      3.   Any person on the licensed premises while such person is unclothed or in such attire, costume or clothing as to expose to view any portion of the areola of the female breast or any portions of the pubic hair, buttocks or genitals;
      4.   Any person to perform acts of, or acts which simulate sexual acts which are prohibited by law, or permit any person to use artificial devices or inanimate objects to depict any prohibited activities or permit the showing of films, still pictures, electronic reproductions or other visual reproductions depicting any of the prohibited activities described in this subsection.
