A. The applicant must submit to the office of code enforcement along with his application, an inventory and contour map of existing facilities that are within the city and at least five (5) miles from the city limits, including specific information about the location, height, coverage, capacity and design of each telecommunications facility, telecommunication service, tower and antenna.
B. The code enforcement officer will develop, update and maintain an inventory of towers and antennas. (Ord. 2011-235, 5-26-2011, eff. 5-26-2011)
