3-1-1: DEPOSIT OF CITY FUNDS:

A. Deposit Of Funds: Funds of the city shall be deposited as required by law. The city treasurer shall deposit daily all public funds received by him in such banks or savings and loan associations as designated by the city council. (1990 Code § 7-101)

B. Security Of Deposits: The deposits of the city shall be secured as provided by Oklahoma Statutes. (1990 Code § 7-102; amd. 2006 Code)
