13-3-5: PLAT CERTIFICATES:

The following certificates are required, and the forms therefor are on file in the office of the city clerk:

A. Preliminary Plat: Preliminary engineering certificate.

B. Final Plat:

1. Owner's certificate and dedication.

2. Surveyor's certificate.

3. Release of mortgage.

4. Sanitarian's certificate.

5. County treasurer's certificate.

6. Certificate of city clerk.

7. City planning commission approval.

8. Acceptance of dedication by city council. (Ord. 65, 1-21-1980; amd. 2006 Code)
