Any person or persons, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this title, or shall fail to comply herewith, or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and shall be liable for a fine not to exceed the sum as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day such violation shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to the other remedies provided herein, the city may institute any proper action or proceedings to enforce the provisions of this title. (Ord. 65, 1-21-1980; amd. 2006 Code)
