12-4-4: EXTERIOR REQUIREMENTS:
All dwellings, buildings/structures and use accessory buildings/structures erected after the effective date hereof shall have veneer finish on the exterior of the entrance side and all other exterior sides which face a public right of way. (Ord. 2016-262, 4-18-2016, eff. 6-18-2016)
